Project inquiries

When you contact ECS, your contact details and project description are used to respond, assess the project, and discuss next steps. An enabled website inquiry form sends these details to the ECS project inbox through Google Workspace. It does not create a public project listing.

Consultation bookings

Booking opens Google Calendar, where you choose an available time and provide your booking details. Google handles that booking under its own privacy terms. Sending an inquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Website operation

The site uses security cookies where needed for form protection and session-based submission handling. Hosting infrastructure may record request information for operation and security. This redesign does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

What not to send

Please do not include passwords, credentials, confidential records, or sensitive technical details in your first inquiry. We can agree on an appropriate way to exchange project material after the initial conversation.
