Dave Chandler is a software developer and systems thinker whose work spans web applications, automation, data tools, modeling and simulation, and game development. He founded Enigmatic Clarity Solutions to help people turn complicated problems into practical, understandable software.
His professional background includes engineering work supporting the Department of Defense. That experience informs an approach grounded in clear requirements, careful validation, and maintainable systems. Through ECS, he brings that discipline to independent projects for businesses, nonprofits, and organizations with specialized technical needs.
Dave approaches software as both an engineering problem and a human one. Understanding how people actually work matters as much as choosing the technology. He works directly with clients to define the problem, make tradeoffs explicit, and build something they can use, understand, and continue developing.
